No fatalities or first-aid cases were recorded in any year.

Our commitment

We comply fully with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, the General Application Regulations 2007, the Construction Regulations 2013 and all other relevant legislation. Our health and safety management system is certified under Safe-T-Cert.

Every employee is trained to the standard their tasks require and given full PPE at no cost. Site inductions, project safety plans, method statement sign-off and regular toolbox talks make sure every crew member understands the task and the site’s expectations. We have an elected safety representative and review our policy at least once a year.

How we manage safety

Policy
An occupational safety and health programme drives every review of our Safety Statement and each Project Safety Plan.

Planning
Safety starts at the detailing and design stage and continues to completion, so everyone goes out the gate safe and healthy.

Implementation
We minimise or eliminate risk through risk assessments, safe plans of action, permits, training and daily whiteboard meetings, working within each client’s site safety culture.

Measuring
Performance is measured, monitored and evaluated against agreed standards, both actively and reactively.

Auditing
We review and improve, feeding lessons back into our health and safety management system.
